CAUSE No. E84 OF 2024 By Phanuel Owiti Owiti, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sospeter Owiti Onjuru alias Suspita Owiti Onjuru, who died at Omia Mwalo, on 21st June, 1997. CAUSE No. E87 OF 2024 By (1) Perez Adhiambo Wade and (2) Michael Otieno Wadegu, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Walter Wadegu Okeno, who died at Mahaya, on 26tht February, 2022.
