CAUSE No. E35 OF 2024 By Magret Akinyi Okiri, of P.O. Bocx 60-40302, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased's widow for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okiri Oyosi alias Isaac Okiri Oyosi, who died on 28th August, 1996. CAUSE No. E68 OF 2024 By Abisalom Otieno Resa, of P.O. Box 1-40302, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogalo Nyagucha, who died on 29th August, 2005. CAUSE No. E69 OF 2024 By Abisalom Otieno Resa, of P.O. Box 1-40302, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Seda Nyagucha, who died on 8th April, 1978.
