TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E113 OF 2024 By Alice Rina Otiende, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Otiende Were alias Otiende Owere Otiende, who died at Rageng'ni, on 24th January, 2014. CAUSE No. E119 OF 2024 By David Ochieng Abong'o, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abong'o Oyori, who died at Barkowino, on 6th July, 1997. CAUSE No. E120 OF 2024 By (1) Nicholas Odhiambo Owino and (2) Paul Odhiambo Okoth, the deceased's grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Baranaba Nyayiya alias Baranaba Nyaiya Wadher, who died at Ndere Village, on 23rd October, 1971. CAUSE NO. E123 OF 2024 By Enos Oketch Ruongo, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Albert Akech Ruongo, (2) Fredrick Okelo Ruongo and (3) William Muga Ruongo, who all died at West Migwena, on 2nd December, 1996, 8th February, 2003 and 15th September, 1998, respectively. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
