Box 14, Boro in Kenya, the deceased's Grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Akech Miyon alias Aketch Miyon, who died at Kochieng Sub-location, on 6th April, 1972. CAUSE No. E125 OF 2024 By (1) James Owidhi Yewa and (2) Stephen Sawaye Yewa, of P.O. Box 40600, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alois Yewa Ochieng, who died at Radago, on 13th May, 1999.
