CAUSE No. E40 OF 2024 By Jane Mailutha, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Kariithi Ethangatha alias Michael Kariithi M'Ithangatha alias Michael Karithi Ithangatha, who died at Mulele, on 29th November, 2019. CAUSE No. E43 OF 2024 By Ngera Kirianki Julius, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M'Lingera M'Arangei alias Ibrahim Lingera, who died at Meru Hospital in Kenya, on 5th February. 2001. CAUSE No. E65 OF 2024 By Andrea Ntombwi Ncebere, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M'Ncebere M'Abuura Ethele alias M'Ncebere M'Abuura Ethale, who died at Mululu, on 6th September, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
