TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E43 OF 2023 By Joyce Wanjiku Njenga, of P.O. Box 2, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Mukuru Muriuki, who died on 5th July, 2021. CAUSE No. E193 OF 2023 By (1) Lina Hilda Mukami Marigu and (2) Mary Marigu Njeru, both of P.O. Box 1252-60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Njiru Njue, who died at Ishiara, on 19th March, 2023. CAUSE No. E76 OF 2024 By (1) Mary Njoki Mbogo and (2) Gicovi Gachee, both of P.O. Box 1252-60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gacee Wamici, who died at Gatori Location, on 1st January, 1975. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
