TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court CAUSE No. E89 OF 2022 By (1) Maurice Obwamu Kuta, (2) Milton Lubanga Kuta, (3) Rachel Kuta Muyale and (4) Christabel Angulu Kuta, the deceased's sons and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nelson Kuta Nyangule alias Nelson Kuta s/o Nyangure alias Nelson Kuta Nyangula, who died at Shitari, on 16th May, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
