TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. El OF 2024 By (1) Francis Mwangi Mungai and (2) Teresia Wanjiku Kamau, both of P.O. Box 345-20303, 01 Kalou in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Veronica Njoki Mungai alias Wangari Kamau, who died at Mawingo, on 28th February, 2016. CAUSE No. E29 OF 2024 By (1) Margaret Wanjugu Mwai and (2) Rispa Claudia Wanjiku Ngari, both of P.O. Box 528-20303, 01 Kalou in Kenya. the deceased's mother and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ngari Warutere, who died at J. M. Kariuki Hospital in Kenya, on 6th September, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
