Box 52, Mukurweini in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johnson Waithaka Wandiani alias Johnson Waithaka alias Waithaka s/o Wandiai, who died at Gaturia Sub-location, on 24th May, 1997. CAUSE No. E120 OF 2023 By Mary Wanjiru Kihothe alias Mary Wanjiru Kihobe, of P.O. Box 75579-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kihobe Kahia, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nyeri in Kenya, on 10th April, 1974. Box 1353, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Githinji Wachira alias Githinji s/o Wachira, who died at Igana Location in 1960. CAUSE No. E33 OF 2024 By Samuel Maina Ndirangu, of P.O. Box 142, Mukurweini in Kenya, the deceased's widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anne Wangari Maim, who died at Mukurweini, on 20th October, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
