TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E34 OF 2024 By (I) Felix Ondera Mokua, (2) Charles Omare Mokua and (3) Alexina Kwamboka Mokua, all of P.O. Box 352-40204, Ogembo in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Mokua lsaboke, who died on 27th August, 2021. 31st May, 2024 CAUSE No. E53 OF 2024 By (1) Kahindi Kenga Mtsoma, (2) Kaingu Kenga Mtsoma and (3) Kiwaza Mulewa Mkare, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kenga Mtsoma alias Kenga Mutsoma Mleda alias Kenga Mutsoma Mlewa, who died on 10th July, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
