TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E191 OF 2023 By (1) Charles Ogega Ongwae and (2) Josephat Mosigisi Ongwae, both of P.O. Box 8201-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nelson Ongwae Aondo, who died at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on 16th November, 2012. CAUSE No. E221 OF 2023 By Donald Arisa Nyangaya, of P.O. Box 139-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyanduko Nyangaya alias Nyanduko Nyangaya Ombega, who died at Baraka Nursing Home, on I 1 th September, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
