CAUSE No. 450 OF 2023 By Salome Moraa Asiago, of P.O. Box 590, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simeon Asiago maragia alias Simion Asiago Maragia, who died at District Hospital, Kisii in Kenya, on 19th January, 1996. CAUSE No. E86 OE 2024 By Evans Mokaya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onyiego Akuma, who died at Bokeire, on 11th June, 1974. CAUSE No. E145 OF 2024 By Stellah Kwamboka Orina, of P.O. Box 130-40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeremiah Mogaka Nyamweya, who died at Bosongo Hospital in Kenya, on 10th March, 2024.
