TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 37 OF 2024 By (1) Jane Wangechi Munyu and (2) Humphrey Muriithi Samwel, both of P.O. Box 323, Burnt Forest in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Munyu Muraguri, who died at Kanyei Sub- location, on 19th August, 2005. CAUSE NO. E86 of 2024 By Francis Koriko Mutai, of P.O. Box 30-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimaiyo Tigoi, who died at Kiplombe Sub- location, on 7th July, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
