TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E43 OF 2024 By (1) Joshua Tatio Moshira and (2) Chris Sankale Moshira, the deceased's sobs, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Moshira Leipa alias Mashira ole Leipa, who died at Karen Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd July, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. J. KARANJA, District Registrar, Kajiado. CAUSE No. E26 OF 2024 By Teresia Wangui Mwangi, of P.O. Box 17494-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Mwangi Kingori, who died at Olbumbu Sub-location.
