TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E6 OF 2024 By (1) Judith Nyakara Jomo and (2) Justin Gikenyi Maranga, both of P.O. Box 6010-00300, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maranga Magare Jared, who died on 28th November, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
