Box 244 00519, Mlolongo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Catherine Nduku Thyaka, who died on 6th July, 2009. CAUSE No. Ell OF 2024 By (1) Doreen Kasyoka Mutie and (2) Alice Kwamboka Osiemo, both of P.O. Box 26036-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elijah Osiemo Thomas, who died on 7th August, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
