CAUSE No. E178 OF 2023 By (1) Mary Munee Ngila and (2) Philes Monthe Kasyoka, both of P.O. Box 458-90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter, rrespectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngila Bula Muia alias Michael Ngila Kiilu who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 24th January, 1994.
