CAUSE No. E87 OF 2024 By Kanee M'Mucena, of P.O. Box 231-60600, Maua in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M'Muchena Kaunga alias Muchena Taunga, who died at Nkinyanga, on 15th September, 2019. CAUSE No. E89 of 2024 By Samwel Kalunge Muthare, of P.O. Box 149, Maua in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muthare Metaya alias Muthare Itaya alias Muthare M'Etaya, who died at Nturuba, on 7th October, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
