TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E15 OF 2024 By Amina Namulekhwa Wabwile, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wabwile Ramadhan Mulati alias Wabwile Ramadhani Mulati, who died at Kabula, on 20th April, 1974. CAUSE No. E59 OF 2024 By (1) Alan Victor Timbwa and (2) James Imbwaga Timbwa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Timbwa Ong'onda, who died at Ndalu Sub-location, on 3rd June, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
