CAUSE NO. E256 OF 2024 By Lilian Wairimu Kimotho, of P.O. Box 10205-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Kimotho alias Samuel N. E. Kimotho, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 12th September, 2021.
