TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E113 OF 2024 By Lilian Maria Wambui, of P.O. Box 44869, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, through Messrs. Murimi & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josephine Muthoni Njoroge, late of Nairobi, who died at Ngummo, on 2nd April, 2023. CAUSE No. E149 OF 2024 By Rose Wanjiru Wandiri, of P.O. Box 30123-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's sister, through Messrs. Kihima & Koech, advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kariuki, late of Nairobi, who died at Embakasi, on 30th October, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
