TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 31st May, 2024 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE No. E42 OF 2024 By (1) Manishkumar Kishorrai Karia and (2) Mahimkumar Kishorrai Karia, both of P.O. Box 598, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kishorrai Mathuradas Gokaldas, who died at Nakuru, on 19th February, 2024. CAUSE No. E46 OF 2024 By Joe Ngugi Karuri, of P.O. Box 500, Njoro in Kenya, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fredrick Wairegi Karuri, who died at Kilifi County Hospital in Kenya, on 20th July, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
