IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 13 of the County Governments Act and section 18 of the County Assembly Services Act as read together with section 8 of the Public Appointments (County Assemblies Approval) Act, the Siaya County Assembly Service Board, with the approval of the County Assembly of Siaya in its special sitting held on Monday, 20th May, 2024, appoints— ERIC ODHIAMBO OGENGA to be the Clerk of the County Assembly of Siaya and consequently the Secretary of the Siaya County Assembly Services Board, effective the 20th May, 2024.
