NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 15th February, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2138, in Volume D1, Folio 88/994, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Rosemary Wanjiru Njeri, of P.O. Box 15, Maragua in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Rosemary Wanjiru Muguro, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Rosemary Wanjiru Muguro and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Rosemary Wanjiru Njeri, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Rosemary Wanjiru Njeri only.
