NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 13th May, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. DB 99, in Volume B-13, Folio 2351/21253, File No. 1637, by our client, Aziza Stuckenschneider, formerly known as Aziza Hussein Momo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Aziza Hussein Momo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Aziza Stuckenschneider, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Aziza Stuckenschneider only.
