NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 2nd May, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1640, in Volume D1, Folio 1530/5001, File No. MMXXX, by our client, Grace Kanyua Mugwongo, of P.O. Box 471, Nkubu in Kenya, formerly known as Zipporah Gaceri Mutuaru alias Zipporah Kanyua Mutuaru alias Zipporah Gaceri Mugwongo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Zipporah Gaceri Mutuaru alias Zipporah Kanyua Mutuaru alias Zipporah Gaceri Mugwongo and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Grace Kanyua Mugwongo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Grace Kanyua Mugwongo only.
