NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap 38) of the laws of Kenya to the owners of Scrap, two and three wheelers electric bikes deposited by Michael Mburu, sanitary pads, baby and adult diapers deposited by Judy Ndibui, electronic gadgets and their accessories, part of goods under bill of lading number TSHY051205 deposited by Abu Gao currently lying at Rywna International Limited located along Masai road off Mombasa Road to collect within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication notice subject to the payment of all accumulated charges together with interest, handling charges, cost of all other incidental charges including the cost of this publication. Failure to which they shall be disposed of through public auction tendering process or through private treaty and the proceeds defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owners.
