REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Isaac Juma Burudi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kakamega, known as Kakamega/Lumakanda/2998, and whereas as the Court in Succession Cause No. 417 of 2010, has issued a grant of letters of administration to Josamu Wanjala Wasike, as administrator, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Isaac Juma THE KENYA GAZETTE 31st May, 2024 Burudi (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents L.R. 39, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Isaac Juma Burudi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
