NOTICE is given that Wilderness Investments Limited (In- liquidation), Company No. C/57866 in accordance with the Insolvency 24th May, 2024 THE KENYA GAZETTE Act, 2015 passed a special resolution on the 8th April, 2024 to liquidate the company. All creditors’ of the company are notified to lodge their claims with full particulars that they may have against the company with under-mentioned liquidator on or before the 7th May, 2024 and if so required by the liquidator shall be required to prove the debt due to them by the company, failure to which the claim shall be excluded from any distribution by the company.
