COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that, pursuant to the provisions of section 49 (1) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019, the preparation of the above part development plan was on the 30th April, 2024, completed. The part development plan relates to land situated within Macalder area, Nyatike Sub-county. Copies of the part development plan as prepared have been deposited for public inspection at the office of the County Executive Committee Member and County Physical Planning Office, Migori. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection or objection to the named part development plan may send such in writing to be received by the County Executive Committee Member for Lands, Housing, Physical Planning and Urban Development, P.O. Box 195–40400, Suna, Migori in the Republic of Kenya, within sixty (60) days from the date of this publication and any such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made.
