REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jane Wanjira Mbugua, of P.O. Box 12142, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Bahati/Wendo Block 11/1, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register in respect thereof has been lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land Register under section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
