REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Adronicus Adum Nyandeje (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the district of Migori, known as Kanyamkago/Katieno/129, and whereas as the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Migori in Succession Cause No. 335 of 2022, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Rhoda Adoyo Adum, (2) Beatrice Agola Adum and (3) Mildred Atieno, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Adronicus Adum Nyandeje (deceased) has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement land title deed to (1) Rhoda Adoyo Adum, (2) Beatrice Agola Adum and (3) Mildred Atieno, provided that no objection has been received within that period, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Adronicus Adum Nyandeje (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
