REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Michael Thuita Tiras (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.449 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Murang’a, known as Loc. 19/Nyakianga/287, and whereas as the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Murang’a in Succession Cause No. 491 of 2020, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Patrick Kagwa Thuita and (2) Dorothy Nyambura Ndugu, and whereas all efforts made to recover for the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said (1) Patrick Kagwa Thuita and (2) Dorothy Nyambura Ndugu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Michael Thuita Tiras (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
