REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Komu Ndiritu (ID/10876352), is registered proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.800 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nanyuki Marura Block 8/1795 (Nturukuma), situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) in respect thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed and reconstruct the lost green card as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
