WHEREAS Alfred Odhiambo Otieno (ID/0154371), of P.O. Box 87, Ukwala in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in the absolute ownership of all that piece of land situate in the county of Machakos, registered under the title No. Mavoko Town Block 3/2141, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the THE KENYA GAZETTE 24th May, 2024 land register in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
