REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jerusa Oira Jumah, of P.O. Box 215, Nyansiaongo in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in the absolute ownership of all that piece of land situate in the county of Nyamira, registered under the title No. Nyansiongo Settlement Scheme/1152, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect of the said piece of land is lost or destroyed, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
