THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) James Njembue Muiruri (ID/8263729) and (2) Dainah Wanjiku Chomba (ID/20823873), both of P.O. Box 2740– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered proprietors of all that piece of land known as Kiambaa/Thimbigua/4993, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof has been lost or destroyed, and all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
