THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Birgithe Lund-Henriksen, of P.O. Box 44145–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, as administrator of the estate of Philip Dennis Nagenda Wilson (deceased), is the registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 1/414, situate in city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a conveyance, registered as Volume N116, Folio 191, File 15262, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof has been lost or destroyed, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
