REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Abubakar Zein Abubakar and (2) Omar Bwana Mohamed, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land containing 0.2000 hectare or thereabouts, known as Plot No. 4401/III/MN, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 39486/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period as provided under section 33 (3).
