APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Section 35(F) of the Pharmacy and Poisons Act, the Pharmacy and Poisons Board appoints— Nicodemus Kisengese, John Ndiritu Muturi (Dr.), Zeth Ouma, Mark P. Kita Odero, Michael N. Walekhwa (Dr.), Flora M. Maghanga, to be members of the Board of Management of the National Quality Control Laboratory, for a period of three (3) years with effect from the 24th May 2024. Dated the 24th May, 2024. CHARLES G.
