IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulation 8 (1) (a) of the Veterinary Surgeons and Veterinary Para-professionals Act (The Veterinary Medicines Directorate) Regulations, 2015, I, William Samoei Ruto, President of the Republic of Kenya and Commander-in- Chief of the Defence Forces appoint— NINGALA KALACHU (DR.) to be the Chairperson of the Council of the Veterinary Medicines Directorate, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 24th May, 2024.
