TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2024 By Philis Nafula Mukanda, the deceased’s sister-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Okumu alias Yakobo Okumu, who died on 28th October, 1988. CAUSE NO. 55 OF 2024 By (1) Elda Akochi Kechula, (2) Tuzinde Mbaga Otiato and (3) Alphonce Blaise Otiato, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicholas Kechula Otiato alias Nikolas Otiato alias Nikola Otato, who died on 19th October, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
