TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2024 By (1) Michael Juma Wanyama and (2) Everline Akumu Majoni, both of P.O. Box 23–50406, Funyula in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanyama Okwaro, who died on 20th September, 1994. CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2024 By (1) Senebio Bwire Ochweyo and (2) Leonida Oundo Ochweyo, both of P.O. Box 345–50406, Funyula in Kenya, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Ochweyo Khayoyio, who died on 7th March, 2005. CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2024 By (1) Leonard Ochieng Nakhama and (2) Michael Nakhama Munoka, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nakhama Opari Munoka, who died on 23rd May, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
