TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E130 OF 2023 By Maurice Otieno Odongo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Odongo Odeny, who died on 14th July, 1997. CAUSE NO. E150 OF 2023 By Judith Awuor Otieno, of P.O. Box 21, Daraja Mbili in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ong’onge Akumu alias Paul Ongonge, who died on 25th February, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette Dated the 16th November, 2023.
