Box 181, Oyugis in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onger Owuodho, who died at Kokwanyo East, on 10th February, 1989. CAUSE NO. 250 OF 2024 By Charles Ongondo Ongach, of P.O. Box 487, Oyugis in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ongachi Sure, who died at Kotieno Konunga, on 2nd December, 2000. CAUSE NO. 309 OF 2024 By (1) Susanah Atieno Oluoch and (2) Ruth Auma Oluoch, both of P.O. Box 27, Kendu Bay in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pius Oluoch Atika, who died at North East Karachuonyo, on 7th November, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
