TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2024 By Paul Opiyo Mamba, of P.O. Box 1–40302, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eliazar Mamba Ofuato, who died on 28th April, 1997. CAUSE NO. E88 OF 2024 By (1) William Ondiek Ojwang and (2) Julius Ober Ojwang, both of P.O. Box 57–40302, Ndhiwa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Franciska Atieno Ojwang alias Franciska Atieno Ajwang, who died on 9th March, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
