TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 99 OF 2024 By (1) Maurice R. Oluoch and (2) David W. Ogada Oluoch, both of P.O. Box 94, Akala in Kenya the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benjamin oluoch Ongewe alias Benjamin Archibald Oluoch, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 16th November, 1987. CAUSE NO. E100 OF 2024 By Joseph Awuor Rajwayi, of P.O. Box 93, Akala in Kenya, the deceased’s stepson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ogale, who died at Kambare, on 1st September, 2022. CAUSE NO. E101 OF 2024 By Peter Oguta Otieno, of P.O. Box 42, Akala in Kenya, the deceased’s stepson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Otonglo Olweny alias Otonglo Ongweny, who died at Ndori, on 14th August, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
