TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E241 OF 2022 By (1) Moses Mwangangi Jonathan and (2) Ruth Mbandi Jonothan, both of P.O. Box 618, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonathan Ngungi alias Kibuba Kibararuki, who died at Gachoka Sub- location, on 19th August, 2000. CAUSE NO. E294 OF 2023 By Patrick Njaga Kiura, of P.O. Box 27, Kiritiri in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nthinwa Nyaga, who died at Kiambere Sub-location, on 19th July, 2004.
