TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E124 OF 2021 By (1) Philis Mugure Kamau and (2) Jenefer Muthoni Kamau, both of P.O. Box 91, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eunice Kabura Kamau, who died at Mumbuini Sub-location, on 31st October, 2019. CAUSE NO. E181 OF 2023 By (1) John Murage Kibanga and (2) David Mwai Wanjiru, both of P.O. Box 50, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyange Mukunga alias Nyange s/o Makunga, who died at Kianganda, Kihugiru, on 7th May, 1984. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
