E171 OF 2023 By Memsapu Katana Mbigo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shindo Edward Katana, who died at Kibarani, Kilifi, on 7th December, 2010. CAUSE NO. E172 OF 2023 By Festus Kenga Chivatsi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Chivatsi Edward, who died at Kibarani, Kilifi, on 6th July, 2023. CAUSE NO. 53 OF 2024 By (1) William Mwambire Mwaduna and (2) Karani Karisa Mwaduna, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwambire Mwaduna Chula, who died on 13th July, 2017.
